Hi
i have finished my studies and find myself immersed in my children's lives, being a hockey mum.
The post grad course in museum studies had great content just with family and work it seemed to be forever competing for time and seemed to always come last.
where to now?
I am not sure but I know I will have fun

Final Post about Web2.0 course
Hi all
WOW I am really publishing alot tonight. After going to the conference in Tamworth and listening to Chrystie Hill talking about Libraries using social tools I am really encouraged to reapproach my council and ask for more access to use social tools such as myspace and even blogs and twitter and answer boards and there is so much we can use to re-engage with our community. Thanks to the State library of NSW for offering such a great course it has really been great in introducing all the social tools now available in user friendly language.
Thanks

podcasts
Hi again
Tying up loose ends. A good site for podcasts is the war memorial website where you can download the tour podcast before you visit. http://www.awm.gov.au/podcast/index.asp
Also just went to an interesting seminar by MGNSW on convergence which is now available on line as podcasts http://mgnsw.org.au/archive/resources/conference_podcasts/11/
the talk by Bill McNaught from Puki Ariki was interesting
Cheers

Taking on too much
Guess what studying one subject a semester, working fulltime and having a life is very hard to do. especially if you are doing higher duties so guess what had to give... yes my blog has been left forgotten to look after itself. I am going to try and visit on a weekly basis ha ha I will try
Cheers
